The rates include shipping and are as follows:
- Track 1, Side A: $3500 ($.35 a record)
- Track 1, Side B: $ $2975 (about $.30 a record)
- Inclusion on the record: $2275 (about $.23 a record)

The fine print: Each spot is being offered in 3:30 second increments with a premium being placed on the first song from each side. Due to the variables in the mixing of each of the submissions we can't guarantee the continuity from track to track in regards to volume or sound quality. Test pressings will be sent to the heads of the AIMS, CIMS & Music Monitor Network coalitions to be approved before sending into production. Record submissions, order forms (available here), copyright compliance forms (available here) and payment in full must be received by March 14th, 2008. All audio submissions are subject to content review by United's copyright compliance department. Proof of licensing may be requested for any submissions containing samples or cover songs. In the event that submissions are greater than the amount of space available on a record we will chose based on first come first served or possibly make the record a double LP. You will be notified by March 17th as to the status of the project, in the event that response is not enough to cover the costs of the records your money will be refunded in full. All payment must be made in the form of money order or credit card. A 5% surcharge will be assessed for credit card orders. These prices include all costs associated with this project, sequencing, lacquer mastering, plating, the vinyl, the jackets, the labels, logo and track list stickers on all 10,000 records and the shipping. All submissions must be mailed in on a CD, preferably with the desired track as the only song on the CD. In the event that multiple songs are on the CD make sure that the track you want included is clearly marked. The artists name and the song title should also appear on the CD and case spelled out in the way you'd like it to appear on the record labels and stickers.
