Karen Harris is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at URP, where she is responsible for maintaining the financial foundation and sustainability for growth into the future, protecting company assets, and leading the accounting team.
Bringing over 30 years of financial experience from both the entertainment and manufacturing industries, most recently as the Financial Operations Controller at Gibson Brands, Karen has a clear vision and robust knowledge base for implementing accurate and precise financial strategy.
Raised in Springfield, Tennessee, Karen is a lifelong Middle Tennessean, completing her BS in Accounting from Lipscomb University. As a person who loves to listen to music and who loves to promote great sounding music, she is proud to live in the “best place in the world to listen to music. Behind the scenes, Karen is a huge Tennessee Titans fan and is a donor and attendee of the Schermerhorn Symphony Center—just one of the venues she frequents for concerts. She is also a wife, mother of 3 boys and has a grandson.
