Matt Lindsey is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at URP, where he oversees process improvement & automation, quality standards & product development, and sustainability, security & efficiency efforts.
With over 25 years of experience in audio/visual manufacturing & product development, Matt has overseen historic global launches of well-known gaming systems & technology products, including PlayStation 3, 4, 5, and PSP, Blu-ray & Ultra HD. Matt brings his world-class technical and scientific skillset to lead, develop and ensure that URP is producing top-notch quality product and continuously staying on the cutting edge of the vinyl manufacturing industry. Matt also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification for data process improvement & lean manufacturing.
Matt hails from Paris, Illinois and has earned multiple degrees, including a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, a Professional Energy Degree in Innovation and Emerging Technologies from Stanford University, and is finishing up his MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Logistics from the University of Southern Indiana. Matt infuses his heart for education, quality & technical excellence into the systems that create every record at URP.
