United Record Pressing Appoints Guillermo Acosta as President
Nashville, TN — December 12, 2025 — United Record Pressing, LLC (URP), North America’s longest-operating vinyl record manufacturer, today announced the appointment of Guillermo Acosta as President. In this role, Acosta will oversee operations, customer service, and sales, with a mandate to advance operational excellence, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead the company’s next phase of growth.

Acosta joined URP in 2023 as Vice President and Plant Manager and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. He has played an integral role in stabilizing operations, improving scheduling and service workflows, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
