Leadership Highlights

  • Guillermo Acosta has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and will oversee Operations, including Plating, Quality, Procurement, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Distribution. Guillermo’s leadership will be critical in increasing efficiency and ensuring that every step of the production process meets the highest standards.
  • JR Rolle has been advanced to Senior Manufacturing Manager, where he will focus on improving quality, reducing waste, and enhancing production efficiency—key components of URP’s commitment to superior service.
  • Kris Hill rejoins the company as Plating Supervisor, bringing invaluable expertise to improve test press turnaround times and boost stamper yields, a critical step in producing top-tier vinyl records.
  • Tyler Page has stepped into the Director of Sales and Business Development role. With over a decade of experience in contract manufacturing sales and a strong background in the packaging industry, Tyler is poised to strengthen customer relationships, enhance sales processes, and continue driving the company’s growth.
  • Steve Crea, who joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in late 2024, brings extensive manufacturing and financial experience to the team. His strategic guidance will help shape URP’s economic future, supporting the company’s mission to grow responsibly while serving customers excellently.
